Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Validity: The voucher is valid for use 2 weeks from the date of purchase. It will not be accepted after the expiry date.
- Redemption: This voucher can be redeemed online or in-store at Inner Flow only.
- Usage: Only one voucher can be used per transaction unless otherwise expressly stated.
- Non- transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- Minimum spend: A minimum spend of [KD …… ] is required to use this voucher (if applicable).
- Exclusion: The voucher can only be used for Inner Flow Items.
- Balance: If the total value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over to a future
- Lost Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No replacement will issued.
- Single Use: Each voucher can only be used once and must be surrendered at the time of use.
- Alteration: The voucher cannot be altered, duplicated, or tampered with.
